These procedures are overlaid with a full audit and confirmation process, which has been adapted from the equities settlement process used by financial institutions. This allows us to create a robust and secure environment that can be adapted to each client. The environment enriches the security posture of our clients while minimising their vulnerabilities and enterprise risks.

Asset Recovery/Softkey Recovery

In the event of a client losing access to their private key, Nemean can step in on a 24/7 basis to restablish the client's access to their assets.

Disaster Recovery/Hardkey Recovery

Where Nemean is acting as a trusted third-party under a tri-party agreement (i.e. between a custodian, client and Nemean), Nemean enables access to the client's assets for the purposes of recovery in the event that the custodian is incapacitated or otherwise unable to fulfill their duties.

Signing Services

Under certain prescribed circumstances, Nemean are able to intervene on the clients behalf in order to sign transactions or enable collateral movements.

ID Verification and Due Diligence

All actions by Nemean are preceded by strict ID verification and liveness checks of the clients nominated approved users to ensure that the request is valid.
